Our Quality System is designed to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and is implemented across the whole company. It embraces all processes which have an impact upon our customers.
The Managing Director and his team are committed to ensuring that the system is effective in achieving high quality products and satisfying customers now and in the future.
We strive continually to improve our products and services and our quality system.
We set quality objectives, which are measured and reported on. These objectives are set and reviewed during regular Management Review Meetings.
To foster a culture of continual improvement, the Company will continue to recognise effective team-work and individual achievement, and will continue to review its products and processeses regularly.
